  • Please note that some items are made to order meaning, it is not created until your order is placed and payment is rendered, therefore; not all items are eligible to be returned or exchanged. 
  • Exchanges may be granted if item(s) is/are defective or damaged upon arrival to its destination and it is reported within 48 hours from its delivery date. (***Proof via photo is required of damage on date of arrival ONLY!) Claims Email:
