RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- Please note that some items are made to order meaning, it is not created until your order is placed and payment is rendered, therefore; not all items are eligible to be returned or exchanged.
- Exchanges may be granted if item(s) is/are defective or damaged upon arrival to its destination and it is reported within 48 hours from its delivery date. (***Proof via photo is required of damage on date of arrival ONLY!) Claims Email: freverfrsh@gmail.com
- Refunds will be assessed case by case. Claim must be filed to: freverfrsh@gmail.com, and product(s) must be shipped back (with all original tagging) to be inspected. If it is deemed that you are to receive a refund you will be notified via email.
